Checking your parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a photo or video.
Warranty
Each product page shows its warranty (how long, and who gives it). Keep your invoice: the serial number on it is your warranty record.
Returns
Unused items in their original box can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund; the delivery charge is not refunded.
